Cancellation and Refund Policy for the International Conference

I. Policy Overview

This cancellation and refund policy applies to all participants registered for The 2^nd China-ASEAN International Conference on Physical Fitness and Health Promotion. Participants must adhere to the following refund regulations when cancelling their registration. Due to possible foreign exchange transactions, the refund amount may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations and bank fees.

II. Cancellation and Refund

1. Cancellation Deadlines

(1) Participants must cancel their registration by September 15^th, 2024 to receive a full refund (deducting any potential handling fees).

(2) Cancellations made after September 15^th, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Method

(1) Refunds will be processed through the original payment means. For example, if a participant paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card.

(2) If foreign exchange transactions are involved, the refund amount will be converted according to the bank's current exchange rate and may be subject to bank fees.

3. Refund Timeframe

(1) Once we receive a participant's cancellation request, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. Typically, refunds will be completed within 30 days.

(2) In case of delays caused by the banking system or foreign exchange transactions, we will promptly notify the participant.

III. Special Circumstances

1. Force Majeure

If the conference is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we will provide a full refund or other compensation measures based on the specific situation.

2. Technical Issues

If participants are unable to register or attend the conference due to our technical issues, we will provide a full refund.
